The free BeThere24TM app gives mobile users an easy way to stay connected with loved ones and friends with whom they have a care-giver status. BeThere24TM system monitors several states of activity within the home setting, using motion and pressure sensors. No visuals are needed to determine the health and vigor of the elderly living independently. Through the discreetly place sensors, the most important activities are carefully monitored, these include sleep habits, hydration, medicine taking, eating, personal hygiene, physical movement and more. The smart system accumulates data over time and tabulates the normal levels of activity and intake within these states for the particular client, assigning scores 1-10. Over a 7, normal activity is essentially being maintained. Scores in the range of 4-6 indicates some form of weakness in normal activity, suggesting some care may be needed. Scores below 4 indicate a more serious problem and may require immediate care or even an emergency response.
